Monetising Empty Office Space - a morning seminar

25th November 2009, The Gold Room at AWA's Hub at No1 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND

Have you contemplated introducing Flexible/Mobile working to reduce the space you occupy, but haven't followed through because you can't dispose of the empty space the new space efficiency would bring? Are you paying for empty office space and don't think there's any way you could generate serious income from it? Or is it just too much hassle?

Surprisingly, there are plenty of ways to make empty office space generate income for your organisation and many of the large office providers are already using them!

At the seminar we'll be asking:

  • What opportunities can arise from modifying the use of office space to generate new income?
  • How can commercial 'revenue generating' partnerships work and give flexibility for upside headcount growth?
  • Is it worth having a 'Monetisation strategy' and what would it cover?
  • What 'Left field' strategies can we deploy for revenue generation?

Participate in the event streamed LIVE to your desk + watch a recording for 3 days after the event - just £65.00 + VAT (£74.75 inc VAT) per ticket.
