Royal Bank of Scotland - Claire is head of the ‘Workspace’ group within RBS Group Property that has been responsible for the introduction and rollout of Advanced Working within the RBS Group. This followed various roles within the organisation dealing with structural, cultural and behavioural change. In a long career with the Group she has also been responsible for leading large operational centres, managing portfolios of customer relationships and credit management. Her career started in a small traditional branch when making tea, putting post in envelopes and printing cheque books was still the order of the day!
