John brings to PeopleCube more than 30 years of extensive experience managing the successful start up and turn-around of numerous software companies. During his tenure, he has led PeopleCube through four successful acquisitions in six years, piloted a complete transition of the company from Meeting Maker, Inc. to PeopleCube, and converted the business from a license-based to subscription-based sales model. This, combined with ongoing innovations in alternative workspace, workplace business intelligence, and real estate management, has resulted in significant global expansion in North America, Europe, the Middle Easy, and Asia. This success has led to sustained growth of more than 27% annually on average, making PeopleCube a worldwide leader in the resource management market.

Before leading PeopleCube, John was executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at Macola, an ERP solutions software company. While at Macola, he successfully led the company to its merger with Exact Software by rapidly growing revenues, rolling out a new client server product and expanding the company’s international presence in 38 countries. Prior to Macola, John held several operational management, support and senior level sales positions with companies such as Data General, MAI Basic Four and NCR.
