Dovetail FM recruitment - Mike Smith started his career in Commercial and Corporate Banking and joined the Dovetail HRS Group in 2000 as a Director to start Dovetail FM Recruitment (a specialist FM / Real Estate Recruitment Company).

Mike is an active member of the BIFM and is currently expanding Dovetail FM’s Recruitment operations to cover resourcing across the EMEA region and the America’s.
He is currently completing his Msc in Human Resources through Open University and intends gaining his CIPD in the near future.
